I am using the web hosting services of http://www.quick2host.com/ since last 1 years. Initially, I was a bit skeptical when I joined their service as their rates were very cheap. I done a few pre sales enquiries, and they were prompt in replying to them. So, joined their services. So far everything is good. Their server uptime is excellent. Support is also very prompt as all my support tickets are answered within 60 minutes. I am using their Windows Gold Plan where I am getting 5 GB Space for approx. $ 31 per year. In fact, I have taken their 2 years plan, where I get the third year free :-)
My hosting account was setup within 15 minutes of the payment. Since I was new to web hosting, I was a bit confused about how to start. The tutorials and video help available on their website was really a good start and I could manage most of the things on my own.
I have opened approx. 12 tickets in last 1 yr and all of them were answered promptly. I never had a single downtime with their service. I am really satisfied with my web hosting company and I wish them luck.
